The Community Care Program provides case management services statewide to those who are caring for an individual with memory concerns and/or Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias. These services include caregiver assessments to help identify needs, referrals to caregiver-focused events such as support groups, community resources, and respite services. The Community Care Program is operated by Southwest Idaho Agency on Aging and Idaho Commission on Aging.

LEARN – Lifelong Education and Aging Resource Network, Inc is an Idaho-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a mission to help people navigate the joys and challenges of aging and caregiving. We serve as a trusted source of information and resources and provide FREE education delivered by volunteer LEARN member professionals and partners.  With over 150 videos in our online Video Library in the topic areas of health, wealth, lifestyle, caregiving, technology, and elder abuse awareness, our in-person technology classes, and our Professional Education program our goal is to make sure Idahoans have access to the aging and caregiving resource and information they need.

My Places Community Events (MPCE) is an Idaho 501c3 founded in 2015 for educational and enrichment purposes. Our Mission is to provide Safe, Adaptive, and Integrated Events for people of all ages and abilities. We want to have FUN in our community by connecting with others to learn and grow. We partner with local businesses to offer activities every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, supporting our local economy and giving participants a public space to socialize and interact. We do not provide support staff. We do ensure that there is no cost for support staff to attend. Our volunteer board comprises caregivers, parents, and people who believe that ‘Everyone Deserves Support.’ Each year, on the last Wednesday in May, we host an All Abilities Carnival at Expo Idaho to bring together as many community resources and fun as possible.
