Idaho Family Caregiver Survey
The Idaho Caregiver Alliance is conducting a survey of family caregivers or care partners to better understand the needs and challenges experienced by caregivers and we would love to have you help us spread the word to Idaho family caregivers! The insights gathered from this survey are important to us, and this is a great opportunity to help shape the activities of the Idaho Caregiver Alliance and our partners.
The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete, and the responses will be completely anonymous. As a token of our appreciation, we are offering two chances to win a $50.00 Amazon Gift card. Help us get input from family caregivers across the state. The survey will close at the end of November, 2024.
