They follow the Mary Ellen Copeland model & a few other helpful learning tools that will enhance your mental wellbeing. They meet every Wednesday from 4:00 -5:00 p.m.. PST
Pathways Adult Crisis Center
The Pathways Community Crisis Center operates 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. They serve individuals 18 years and older experiencing a behavioral health crisis including substance abuse challenges. Pathways Community crisis center provides a safe, non-judgmental environment, linkage to community resources, and referrals for ongoing care at no cost to those they serve. The center welcomes all adults regardless of background. Individuals may stay at the center up to 23 hrs and 59 minutes in one episode of care. During that time, services will include: Medical Screening, Behavioral Health Assessment, Risk Assessment, Solution Focused Counseling, Case Management, and Peer Support.
Pathways Youth Community Center
Pathways Youth Community Support Center serves youth between the ages of 12-17 experiencing a behavioral health crisis, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation or social economic status. The center operates 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Pathways Youth Community support center provides a safe, non-judgmental environment, linkage to community resources, and referrals for ongoing care at no cost to those we serve. Individuals may stay at the center up to 23 hours and 59 minutes in one episode of care.
