WICAP

WICAP serves Western Idaho to help low-income families in the community improve their lives and the lives of others. Their programs include early childhood education (Headstart), childcare, employment and education services, money management, energy assistance (heating), Temporary Food Assistance Program, a food pantry, and other emergency services. They have offices in four counties: Adams, Payette, Washington, & Gem. Canyon county has mobile services.
