Hays House provides shelter and support for kids, ages 9 to 17, who are runaways, homeless, victims of abuse or neglect, or just need a safe place to stay.

The only helpline for Treasure Valley kids that is on-call and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call 208-322-2308.

The Pathways Community Crisis Center operates 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. They serve individuals 18 years and older experiencing a behavioral health crisis including substance abuse challenges. Pathways Community crisis center provides a safe, non-judgmental environment, linkage to community resources, and referrals for ongoing care at no cost to those they serve. The center welcomes all adults regardless of background. Individuals may stay at the center up to 23 hrs and 59 minutes in one episode of care. During that time, services will include: Medical Screening, Behavioral Health Assessment, Risk Assessment, Solution Focused Counseling, Case Management, and Peer Support.

Idaho Crisis & Suicide Hotline (ICSH) provides 24/7 free and confidential behavioral health crisis support that helps Idahoans lead healthier, more productive lives. You can call or text 9-8-8.

If your area code differs Idaho, you will not be routed to the Idaho Crisis and Suicide Hotline. You will be directed to the area code’s state’s suicide hotline. The Idaho Crisis and Suicide Hotline direct phone number is 1-800-273-8255.

Faces of Hope provides a safety net of crisis services to all impacted by violence, abuse, or assault with no judgment, strings, or cost. Crisis intervention resources for those experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, elder abuse, stalking, or human trafficking.

The WCA provides a comprehensive and secure emergency and transitional shelter program, in confidential locations with round-the-clock staff assistance.
